About Buck Hui

25+ years turning complexity into clarity.

Buck Hui spent over two decades inside international banks, building middle-office teams, redesigning credit risk operations, navigating regulatory change and running major transformations across corporate banking and trade finance environments.

He has sat in the chair that most of his clients now sit in. He knows the spreadsheets, the siloed teams, the technology that never quite stuck and the key people who could not take a holiday.

Today, Buck Hui combines that deep operational experience with hands-on AI and agentic workflow capabilities, one of very few consultants who can both design the strategy and build the systems that execute it.

He is also a certified trainer, holding the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
